This woman, and mom, dxd SPS and morbidly obese. Lost her weight after a stroke, and took up Cross Fit and then competed in a handicapped competition of weight lifting: We might not do CrossFit, but, it is thought provoking of how we might do adaptive things to partly return to something we enjoyed with respect to movement—- unclear if the SPS dx was correct. She didnt respond to any treatments and did not mention her blood work on GAD65:

It is hard to know exactly what helped this man. Reading the article, I think it might’ve been a baclofen pump. I will try to learn more by seeing if I can contact the journalist who wrote the article.
I found the man on FB, and tried to message him, but couldnt without friending him first. So I did that, but likely will not hear from him as I am a stranger to him...ideas?Comment
