    I well remember the feeling of despair when George W Bush stopped all research with fetal stem cells, impeding that research for many years. August, 2001 President Bush signed a federal law banning the use of these stem cells.

      Thank you for your comment. Stem cells are in the news quite often these days and still seem to be showing considerable promise in the treatment of certain disorders.
      SPMS diagnosed 1980. Avonex 2001-2004. Copaxone 2006-2009. Glatopa (glatiramer acetate = Copaxone) since December 2020.
