Pro's and con's of Baclofen pump

I am looking for some pro's and con's for getting the Baclofen pump. I have had the test injection already and that worked quite well. At times, the spasticity in my legs is overwhelming and goes on for hours at a time. Any help in my decision making would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
