Thats nice memories too. That one I remember, changed kinda soon after I came. It had (I think yellow) background & all the titles for the rooms were sorta plastered on it. Maybe all those titles/words were in blue or green squares. ?????????????????????

    Howdy!

Mr. Peabody says that I go to Apr 14, 2003...
But I know that I have been around a lot longer than that!
In 2003 I had been in Canada for a couple of years and at that time I was an "old timer" on BrainTalk.

After all... I met the people from Canada here on BrainTalk!

Maybe 2003 was when they started on the MGH server.

    EDIT:
For those too young to remember him, Mr. Peabody (a dog) was the one who invented "The Wayback Machine" in which he took his faithful boy Sherman on trips throughout history. He first appeared on "Rocky and His Friends."

Sorta' like an old time Dr. Who, who could only travel back in time.
Maybe I caught my sense of humor from Mr. Peabody!

I remember when lots of you came :) For some reason I thought firehorse was female. lol

Remember I made rubber stamped Christmas cards & mailed some? I'm thinking of making some thisyear too, to mail to misc. family friends. I better get started cuz it is tedious(sp) thus takes alot of time. I don't want to spend alot of time each day.

I can't think. I'm pretty sure this is the SECOND move of the site since I have been on. I was on initially, then forgot my password, so I had to create a new account (very similar screen name).

I watched all the cartoons when I was little, and yes Rocky and His Friends was one of 'em. I had forgotten until I read your post that Mr. Peabody used Wayback.

If I were to hazard a guess, I would guess that I started on BrainTalk in the early to mid 1990s.

I jusy saw another old site yesterday. On that one it said I started earlier than I said at 1st. Dave, I'd say I started in mid 90's too. I forgot if you were here then or not.
