    Good old Milk of Magnesia.

You might need a stool softener, such as Docusate.

    Senna tea or Senecot.

Celery water. Put a stalk of celery in a blender or food processor, with 8 oz. of water.

Warm prune juice first thing when you awaken. Wait an hour before you eat breakfast.

Dates, raisins, papaya. Avoid bananas, rice, cheese.

    Exercise, if you can.

    Hope you get some relief.
