High Blood Pressure med side effects during HOT weather??

Does anyone else have a worse time during the summer?

Not relly side effects but I was told that if you sweat a lot it can make the medication not be as effective.
I'm sure if your meds cause any dehydration side effects those would be worse if you got out and got hot.

I have been spending most of my time in my room with the AC on and drinking ice water. It's when I come out into my 105 degree kitchen to get food I go down FAST.

yes its worse

when you get home dont drink alcohol or teas or coffee but just lots of water is about all i can think of

put a glass or pan of water in the room in the corner
