well, my boys finish another school year this week. Noah (grade 3) was half homeschooled (which was a positive thing) because the school did not feel they were able to meet his learning needs. next year however, i'll enter the IEP world with public school instead. Hope it goes well. unexpectedly, i will be meeting with the special needs department of the high school too this week. The twins are going to grade 9 public school in september. Although Matt has cp etc. i never really anticipated having him involved in the SN dept for some reason. however, there is some academic concern so I think I'll have them evaluate him also for an IEP and whatever else is required. at the current school, they just accommodate as they can and it is a small building with only one class per grade whom he has been with since grade 1 so i haven't had to focus much on what his needs actually are. I am thinking whether I should flag my oldest's file too just in case...I'm grateful though that they have done well thus far. Zech is thriving. Isaiah's health is so much better than it had been too which is such a blessing.
my boys still keep me busy though...and i love it.
