    I swear, I have OCD!!!!!!

Ever since, I turned 41, (I'm 45, now,) I haven't been able to quit thinking, "my life is half, over!"
I mean, it's every second!! I can't enjoy the things, I used, to enjoy, anymore!!:( I can't quit obsessing
over, not being here, anymore!!! What do I do?!?...:(:(:(

There's a great book called The Happiness Trap by Dr Russ Harris. You may find it helpful with unwanted/unhelpful thoughts. I had quite severe OCD for over 10 years and this book, along with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) helped alot!

The book about stopping worrying was written many years ago by Dale Carnegie. There may be a more recent edition.
