    Nope...
    This was referring to bevali's initial post:
    Findings; A 4x 3x 5 cm area encephalomalacia in the right temporal lobe is surrounded by elevated T2 signal indicitive of gliosis
    "Is surrounded by..." does not give any indication of how much of the brain is involved with elevated T2 signals.
    It just says that the 4x3x5 area is in the middle of it.
