I would have though that when I had my stroke, and for many years after I frequented doctors, that my visits to them would have been finished a long time ago. No such luck!
I was diagnosed with DJD of my L spine in the late 80's; fast forward to 2012, the pain is a daily occurrence now. Should I get it checked to see how bad it is now? My experience tells me, "Yeah, so what? More daily medication??"
I've been having intermittent bilateral pain on the outside of my upper arms, between elbows and shoulders for years. It's getting pretty bad and has started waking me up. Do I get that checked out?! Is it better to know than not know? There is so much more, it's sickening.
Sorry for the diatribe, I'm really not looking for answers, I'm venting.
