    Hi Sally
I don't know where anyone else is.
It might scare me to meet them.

I spent the day at home- fever and copious sweat.
    Put me in the NBA.
    This is manly sweat.

My thermometer battery died tonight after almost 15 years.
    Pretty darn good.
    Inconvenient but impressive.

I'm going by the chinese year of whatever.
As a (wood) horse I hope the animal du year will be compatible.

You have just a few more days to ignore 2011 resolutions made.

As a person w/MS I don't make resolutions but hope for sporadic enlightenment.

    Party on, Sal.

    Your pal in anarchy, renee.

We're now in the Year of White Rabbit according to the Chinese lunar calendar, and on January 23 it will be the Year of the Dragon--specifically, Black Water Dragon. For more on this see:

I don't make resolutions either, and so I don't have to hurry up to keep the ones I made for 2011.

Feel better soon, renee. "Drink plenty of liquids," as the saying goes.

Oy. I have been looking at a Mayan calendar ceramic relief for ten years at work.
I don't think it's owner has been thinking apocalypse.
    Yes, another sun cycle.
2012 has been described for me as the year that necessary tasks and changes are done, finished.

Sally you be a lioness or what about a FU DOG ??? Otherwise known as a lion dog.
    Fierce and fanged, beautifully decorated.

Almost half my family are dragons.
That is why I have MS.
    Too many tough guys.
    Nahhhhhhh.

Drink plenty of fluids and not the Howie stuff.
    I still haven't had a jello shot.
Darn, I was going to make jello shots for me and my mom to share watching a kids movie.
    A missed window of opportunity.
Carpe Diem with the ones you love.
Or Carpe Dormio if it makes the Diem better.

    Rough week.
The near stream of consciousness thread.

I will be sorry to see the White Rabbit year go, as I love rabbits. I have some who visit my backyard, but this time of year they are sparse. I do not know if they hibernate but at least they are less present.

But year of Black Dragon starting on January 23 sounds bad. I do not like dragons.

May 2012 treat you all gently and may dragons not notice you are there.
