    Hi Tattoo,

Often I will start out with a SP sz. and it will lead into a CP sz. just like you. I would like to find out if there's any way to control this automatism and what area of the brain is causing this. I'm greatful to hear that you have never
injured yourself Tattoo. I've also been very lucky and never injured myself either. Here's wishing you the best of luck and May God Bless You!

    Howdy Porkette!

Lip smacking is another classic example of a CP automatism.

Automitisms never caused me any problems...
My problems arise due to the fact that during a CP you can not feel pain.
Consequently, I have twice stuck my hand into a boiling pot in the kitchen and left it there.

    Howdy Dave,

Today I walked out of class again having another cp sz. but I didn't realize it until later when the sz. was over with and I found myself in the English classroom I was supposed to be in. It's weird how this automatism works.
I'm sorry you put your hand in the boiling water and I hope it didn't leave any burn marks on your skin. I can tell there's less ceriton (sp?) out there because my sz. are increasing like they always do each winter.
Here's wishing You Well and May God Bless You!
