    Thank you for calling attention to this! I plan to go over it thoroughly when I'm more awake. I like the emphasis on stretching. It's taken me many years to figure out that stretching really does help, particularly in easing stiffness.

    Same with me....about stretching. It was an old farmer who showed me what he does every day who made me realize how important it is to stretch.
