Ann asked how my Rituxan treatment was working. The answer is that I don't really know. I have been on it for about 4 years with no relapses and no side effects. But, I do feel like I am slowly going downhill year by year in terms of fatigue and overall ill feeling. I have zero get up and go. I don't know how much is due to MS and how much is due to depression. I take Celexa. I know I would feel better if I forced myself to exercise, but I just can't.
Find something you like to do, maybe not exercise. For example, if you are still able to walk. Document how many steps you take. Every few days, add about 5% more steps. Or google chair exercises. This can help with Depression as well.
Ask your PCP about Depression: There are some good meds out there for it.

Thanks, Sunshine. I do have a treadmill in my house. And I have a pedometer. I take Celexa and Ritalin. I have tried many different antidepressants. Sometimes I joke that I should hire a dog walker. For me!

    Question

    ((((((Hugs to All)))))) ~

This is probably off topic, even for the Chat thread, but in our nod to Cherie including "musings," I thought I'd post this to you.

During John's visit yesterday, he asked me if I had seen the viral video of "an eagle capturing a shark." It is probably circulating on Facebook (and I'm not on Facebook).

So, I searched for it on YouTube, and I found this video, which questions whether it is "real or fake":

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-8pexHJ0VA

I won't answer the question to spoil it for you.

I do think that it addresses the concern about social media, and many email "forwards" (usually older ones), which spread untrue tales. Snopes has always been my friend.

    https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/ea...a-shark-video/

It's always a good idea to double check anything we see/read on the internet.

To all of our bird watchers here, I am interested in your observations about the video.

    Love & Light,

    Rose

Snopes sounded interesting, but life is too short to wait that long.

YouTube I spend a lot of time reading, and sometimes the title sounds so fake and impossible, I read it anyway for a good chuckle.

That was very cool. It was a real bird and real fish. Just not an eagle or a shark. Very cool.

    Cool

I stayed up all night, even though I took my sleep med. So at 7am, I was in the store shopping. I wore my mask even though, some do, and some don't.

I got everything on my list except Super Glue, but that can wait for another day.

Going to sleep sounds nice, but we'll see if I actually do it.

    Everyone have a great day!

Awww Howie, sorry you were up all night, but glad you got your shopping done.

Rose, that was neat. I was going in both directions because mainly of the way the announcer worked up to it.

Who's going to be the first to try Russia's new COVID vaccine? Surely Howie will volunteer immediately. Putin says one of his daughters has taken it and has the antibodies to COVID19. Personally, I think I'll pass, at least for now.

Actually, I'm one of those who will not be taking a vaccine even if they come up with one. I can live with a mask when I go out. I have my reasons for not planning to take it, but everyone needs to do what they think is right.
