I swam 1/2 mile yesterday and today: everyday unless there is a medical event. Swimming feels good until the legs stiffen, but still is nice to be surrounded by water. Now I cam cooking a very easy but flavorful dinner, with lots of rest in between...

You are very consistent, Agate. Great numbers.

I have missed walking for three days. Mostly do to rainy, blustery weather. I am trying to make up for it today with stairs.

This "champion" is a bit of a wimp. A while back I said I was adding a new routine--10 wall push-ups daily.

Sometimes I've been doing them and sometimes I've skipped them. The exercise is supposed to strengthen the arms, shoulders, and chest.

I keep wondering why I don't feel any stretch in those areas when I do the exercise but I feel a lot of stretch in my calf muscles. There must be something about this exercise that I don't understand or am not doing right.

Agate, in that case, I was not doing them right. I felt the stretch in my calf muscles also. Not doing that one very often.

In this video she's on her tiptoes while moving forward and she's getting much closer to the wall than I've been doing:

Hope you can see this. I used the "insert video" icon for posting it and am not sure that what works for me is working for others.
