I've heard good things about tai chi and have seen it done. Has anyone tried it?

I cannot do tai Chi. But its beautiful to watch. My friends adore it. My friend teaches Tai Chi and extols all of its benefits. If you are physically able to do it, GO FOR IT

Yesterday I swam 22 minutes, 800 yards. Half done back stroke. The freestyle causes pressure on foot due to kicking which triggers spasm in that foot yesterday, but back stroke doesnt do that.

Peter took lessons in tai chi for years in Chinatown. One year the teacher asked for his help. They needed guys to be the dragon for the dragon dance and parade for the Chinese New Year. So that year, the dragon head was a 64 blue-eyed Irishman!

    Cool

When I had Satellite TV, there was a show called Sunrise Earth. He would film the Sunrise in HD, all over the Earth each day. He did one from China, and there were maybe 100 older people doing Tai Chi in unison. Beautiful to watch.

Peter as a Tai Chi master!

Howie, have you watched any Tai Chi on YouTube to see if it appeals to you?

Today I swam 826 yards in 23 minutes. Nice and stiff legs and back by the end of the swim.
