Virginia, I made a major mistake with my medicines to. Two of them look exactly alike and I ended up double dosing one for almost a week and missing the other one. This was two weeks ago.

On a few occasions I took the wrong muscle relaxer at the wrong time because I wasn’t paying attention.

Don’t be so hard on yourself, these kinds of mistakes are common this was a good experience for you because now you will be extra cautious about medicines that can make you drowsy or worse if you don’t dose it correctly.

However, I know where you are coming from. I often wonder whether I am going to be able to maintain myself with these complicated medication schedules, difficulty in going to the store and so forth.
