I hope you can salvage your pot, Virginia.

I actually find I don't use my toaster oven as much as I thought I would. For some reason, I've never been too pleased with how it cooks, so unless I'm making garlic bread, it pretty much just sits on my counter taking up space.

Virginia, I have a toaster oven but haven't yet tried it for anything except toast (bread, English muffins) though I've had it several years now. Years ago I was without a working stove and found that a toaster oven worked well for everything--for cooking frozen meals as well as for making roasts, meatloaf, oven-roasted chicken, fish, casseroles, muffins. Larger pans didn't fit in it though, and so cooking a large chicken or turkey wouldn't have been possible. This was so many years ago that I can't recall the brand name of the toaster oven.

Virginia: Mine is an Oster and it measure @12”x12”x 19”. These figures are 12” high from counter X 12” depth, by 19” wide. They are approximate figures.
I have the Oster because it was a name brand at Walmart. I am rural, so not much to pick from. Publix sells them too...
    Likely any brand will do...

You can do so many things with it. View it as a small oven....mine broils too, but I dont use it for that, as I almost never broil anything.

(I use a reg toaster to toast bread cuz it is easier and better.)

I have used my big oven twice in the past two months. I only cook for me and DH, so rarely need a abig oven...

As requested, I added the Brussels sprouts recipe to the lazy cooking threa by Cat.

DH is home today so he took off the cover. I swam 603 yards, 19minutes.

I have been so spastic the past several days. Hoping IVIG tomorrow will help.

Good luck tomorrow! I miss those days.
I would love a day of infusion that would fill me with energy like IVIg did for so many years. .the rituxan never gives me that same boost.

Linda, on the other hand, it seems that Rituxan keeps you very active and doing many things. You and Cherie both seem to do very well on it.
