Default Linalool in Lavender and MMJ : reduce anxiety and spasticity

    https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle...=1781800&faf=1

This article discusses lavender, whose chief component is linalool in sniffing form, can relieve anxiety due to the linalool, and it can increase GABA receptors. Itís worth asking your neuro about it. Itís the same mechanism as benzodiazepines but without the side effects and addictiveness.

Linalool is a terpene in medical marijuana, from the cannibis plant. It is used to reduce spasticity.

While they're at it, they're looking for the page not found, of course.

I did a search on Medscape and found the article. I can't paste the link, because I'm not registered at Medscape. If you are registered, just do a search for Linalool and you'll see this:

Lavender's Antianxiety Effects Nothing to Sniff At
The scent of lavender has long been touted to have calming, antianxiety effects, but the biological mechanism behind this phenomenon has been something of a mystery -- until now.

That should take you to the article.

Thanks, Rose! I had tried that earlier without success but it worked this time. Maybe this link will work for some people:

If you can't get to the Medscape article, the article that is the basis for it is available here:

When I had anxiety problems, my doctor gave me the advice to try CBD oils, I found information about its usage on https://cannasos.com/.
