Today I swam 25 Yards short of half mile, 27 minutes. I stopped and didn’t go the extra two minutes due to stiffening, and had errands to run, so couldn’t risk not being able to drive.

I also waxed the board for about 4 minutes.

Today I swam a half mile in 27 minutes, no problems afterwards.

Congratulations, Sunshine! You should get a bunch of gold stars--

Not sure what you'll do with the gold stars, and so maybe you should treat yourself to some favorite food. There needs to be a reward!

Those stars instantly converted into a big smile :)

I know my former daily mile will no longer be possible, but was dearly hoping a half mile was reachable!
    Thanks for the support.

Learning the fine art of parceling out the energy supply is so tricky, particularly when you can't ever really know for sure just how long you will last. I'm always figuring out just how much I think I can get away with. "If I do this, then I probably can't do that," etc.
