    SPMS diagnosed 1980. Avonex 2001-2004. Copaxone 2006-2009. Glatopa (glatiramer acetate = Copaxone) since December 2020.

    Good spotting agate. A guy at my infusion center has one. It has to be revised periodically under anesthesia. It helps and it’s not without risk. When oral Baclofen doses are ineffective, a pump can be recommended.

    Some pts with SPS develop locked in Syndrome with anesthesia. Terrifying.
