You could always call it Moersch-Woltman anyway. Since people don't really know what stiff-person syndrome is (but think they do), why not really mystify them by giving a name that will stop them in their tracks? Then you can say it's a rare neurological disorder causing spasticity and stiffness--or whatever explanation you can come up with describes it but avoids the use of "stiff-person syndrome."
