    This document shows that Rituximab, a monoclonal antibody, doesn’t help Stiff Person Syndrome, unfortunately. It’s often used off label for MS. So I was hoping for a twofer. Too bad!

      This article is 15 years old and probably of little value but I ran across it and thought it might be of some use anyway--from the British Medical Journal, "Treatment of stiff person syndrome with rituximab":

      SPMS diagnosed 1980. Avonex 2001-2004. Copaxone 2006-2009. Glatopa (glatiramer acetate = Copaxone) since December 2020.
