They use nebulized salt treatment for children with cystic fibrosis. I know that after I go surfing, my asthma is so much better for the rest of the day. I always figured it was the salt air. It would be very interesting if it had a beneficial effect on multiple sclerosis.
When immune system is lose everything will be affected. Healthy foods contribute a lot.
Welcome to BrainTalk, Nozydoll. Yes, the immune system affects everything.
I see you were reading about depression. Is that what brought you to BT? Are you been diagnosed with anything specific? Depression can be caused by many things. Personally I've been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Depression isn't a major problem for me.
Perhaps introduce yourself in the monthly chit chat thread.

Nozydoll, welcome!
I'm another one who has read your posts on other BrainTalk forums. If you need any help in finding your way to the forums you're most interested in, there are people here who have been here for many years and will be happy to assist.
Parsi's idea about posting in the May Chitchat thread is a good one.
