Default The perfect answer when people ask you how you are....I copied it from a blog...

    Hi,
the following is the best way to educate your friends and family on how to ask you how you are feeling.

What to say when a someone has a chronic illness. (‘‘Has this been a good week or a bad week for you?’’ instead of “How are you?’’)

Well, I had a hell of a week.

Now that can mean it was a really good week, or can mean a really bad week. But you have to see the person saying it, then you will know exactly what they meant. The human experience is never dull!

The human experience is never dull indeed!
I messed up the subject line of my post and I have found that I can not edit the subject line. The fellow who wrote it was giving advice about teaching his family how to ask him questions that are real. So instead of a general 'how are you', his family now asks a question that allows for real information. I liked his idea.

For me, when someone asks how i am & they know what i have, i just say "I'm good" . Saves me from the ignorant replies.
