Mine got $2751.00 in 2014, but this does not bother me because it was spread over multiple pharmas and many days. It was lunch and none of it went over about $12.00 to $13.00. Most of it was much lower. The reps take in lunch for them and just about all Doctors do that now. If he had gotten big bucks I would be looking at who he got it from.

I don't know, Virginia. Research has shown that doctors who were given free meals from big pharma were more likely to prescribe that pharma's medication (I learned this tonight on Jimmy Kimmel )

It might be that some doc's only accept a free lunch from companies whose drugs they favor. I know a doc who has that philosophy.

I know what you are saying Suze, but still not concerned because several of the DMD manufacturers were on the list, and then there were a lot more that would represent just drugs a general Neurologist gives in his practice.

I would have used a less polite term than rascals, Sally.

Opps. My savior from TN made over $195,000 in 2014. Bigger numbers were from Teva.

Ann, that for me would be a problem if it were my Neurologist here doing that. Gee, he doesn't even need to work as a Doctor, just for the drug company. It is, for me, a concern when it comes mostly from one company and in large amounts.
