    Baking Question

    I baked a loaf of bread the other day, (Pamela's Bread Mix), and it was all right, but it didn't bake through. It was soft on the bottom...I followed the directions exactly (except for the eggs--due to a family members allergies, I had to replace them).

    I also baked a pan of GF brownies--Same thing, not baked all the way through--almost raw on the bottom. Any and all advice welcome. Thanks in advance.

    Hi. If you used flax instead of eggs I ran into this too. Baking small muffins and at a lower temp for longer worked unless I'd used too much flax.
