  1. wow time flies

    Well I made it through a week of making my bed, taking my meds properly, taking my vitamins, brushing my teeth (okay I missed a day I was sick) and attempting to get my house back in order. Oh and some puter journaling. I need to do some real journaling, miss my notebooks and pen. Some purging which I have done albeit a minor one, two boxes. I really am dying to dig into some stuff in the bathroom and see what I have. I know there is stuff in there to go through.

  2. trying self check

    Well I missed a day. I was sicker than a dog night before last and all day yesterday. Serious vomiting. Finally got out of bed around seven p.m. Jared checked on me about three. I almost think I may have had another heart attack. Same symptoms but I have had so many false alarms since October that it didn't even occur to me until last night. Being without my meds really screwed me up. Damn doc office just finally sent me a letter saying I need to come in. Nice timing asshats.

    Another warm, humid, rainy day. I tossed and turned during the night. Think it is med withdrawal because I am having so much trouble getting my scripts filled. I slept til seven.

  4. early today

    today I am early, woke at 5:30. I don't know how I went from somebody who went to bed at eleven or later and sleeping til ten to somebody who can't wait to get into bed at 9:30 and getting up at 5:30-6. I do like having this time to myself but it makes me want to nap everyday. My therapist said that napping is constructive. I also know that sleeping too much is a sign of depression. Yeah we're there.

  5. hurtin today

    Still hurting today. My back right now mostly. It is of course raining on and off again today, that doesn't help. Today is Sunday, I would like to start going back to church. Maybe that will be on my list. It was so fulfilling. I just don't like the hugging part. Course these days that's pretty much the only physical contact I get lol. Don't know what I will do today. It is Sunday, I usually don't do anything on Sundays. My day of rest said the Lord lol.
