Barb and Sandi, thank you. Yes I am worried about his son since he was right behind him when the accident happened. They were very close and it will be easy for him to blame himself or think if he could have done something different.

Mark,
You just never seem to know when life is going to hit you with some curve balls......... or in your case, maybe some baseball bats.

Please accept my most sincere sympathies. I promise you that this too, my friend, shall pass. I wish I could offer you more than just words, like something that would actually make you feel better.

Please take good care of yourself.

Laura

I think a good book for you and maybe the son and family would be Dr. Dobsons book "When God Doesn't Make Sense". Im so sorry to hear this. It ISNT what you needed (actually not what ANYONE needs). I hope he is able to get counseling.
SUPER HUGS (tho from a distance because Im so sick )

Gloria, GinaMarie, and Laura, thank you for the condolences. The kids and I are doing very well even though we are saddened by the losses. We still have our faith and it is too strong to be shaken by all of this. I will be off-line for a few days but will be back soon. Thank you for letting me lean on all of you from time to time.

Oh my gosh, Mark!

I just don't know what to say. You are having one hell of a "shower" of bad stuff. I guess all I can say is that I will continue to pray for you and all involved.

Much love!
