Default pain med suggestions?

for the last 6 months i have been experiencing severe pain during flares. it's so overwhelming that i am confided to bed.

any suggestions on pain meds that work for pain that feels like it's in the bone?

i would like to stay away from anti dep or conv. meds since i have depression and anxiety that i take meds for.

i would like to request a narcotic but not sure which way to go
