I agree. I think it is worth doing the blood tests if you can afford them, just in case an "easy" dx can be made. I also agree that even if the blood tests are negative, a diet trial is worth doing. And, 3 for 3, the blood tests should be done before altering your diet.

Make sure your doctor will include the antigliadin IgA and antigliadin IgG, along with anti-tTG and total IgA.
